While most of my therapy is virtual, I have office hours in a conveniently located building located on 190 (Bush Tollway) & Coit between Hwy 75 and the Dallas North Tollway. It has great parking and a comfortable waiting room on the second level located near the elevators, stairs, and upstairs restrooms.
Local businesses include Central Market, The Tollway Offices, Wow! Donuts & Coffee, and Movement Climbing Gym.

Yes! I am a BCBS & TriWest Healthcare Alliance provider. I an fully in-network with these plans.
I do not accept any other insurance plans, and do not offer out-of-network billing.
-
If you are covered by either BCBS or TriWest, my fee is the contracted rate that is set for my profession, and any copay or deductible you may have. Some plans cover therapy completely, and some cover part of therapy.
Call your insurance company to find out if you have a fully covered, copay, or a deductible plan. Please have this information available prior to contacting me.

I charge $175 per hour for private pay.
Clients may use a Health Savings card or other credit card (Mastercard, Visa) for payment. These are stored securely in Simple Practice and charged at the time of your session. I do my own billing so nobody else will have access to your credit cards and personal information.
EMDR Intensive (2-5 hour sessions) rates will differ, and will be described under the EMDR section.

During your first appointment, we will go over all your intake paperwork. I will make sure you are comfortable and understand everything you have read and all the questions you have answered. This is a time to ask me anything! It is also a time to get to know each other and begin to understand the goals you have for therapy.
-
There is no set amount of time to be in counseling. Your unique therapeutic needs & goals will determine this for you! I have clients who work with me for a couple of months, and clients who stay with me for several years. I have many clients who return to work with me on new issues, after they have completed their original goals. It is always a joy to work with clients who come back to counseling after several years!

A good faith estimate is outlined below. I have provided this information in the above FAQ answers.
A GFE provides an estimated cost of services, not a final bill, and it's based on the information known at the time the estimate is created.
For uninsured or self-pay clients:
It's intended for individuals who don't have insurance or are choosing to pay out-of-pocket for counseling services.
Required by the No Surprises Act:
The No Surprises Act, which aims to protect consumers from unexpected medical bills, requires providers to provide GFEs.

Yes, silver is my natural hair color! I get this question often so I thought I would let y’all know it’s 100% real. People have lost bets over whether-or-not this is truly my hair. Ask me about Disneyland.
